We entrusted Kelly with my father's companion care for 7 straight days, from 7AM to 7:30PM each day, and the peace of mind he provided was truly invaluable.
From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Kelly is not just a caregiver, but a genuine companion. He meticulously managed my father's daily needs, preparing three delicious meals a day and ensuring he took his medicine three times daily. What impressed us most was his attention to the little things—he not only cleaned up after every meal but also provided general housekeeping and took out the trash. This level of detail shows his dedication and care.
Kelly’s commitment to my father’s well-being went far beyond the essentials. He consistently encouraged my dad to stay active with daily walks and even arranged social outings that lifted his spirits. Over the week, he took my father to lunch five times and even brought him to his country club so he could spend time with his friends, which was wonderful. He also handled practical tasks like grocery shopping, laundry, and driving my father to get a haircut. The most telling example of his empathy was when he went out of his way to drive my sister to the airport after she flew in to provide care and was relieved by Kelly.
Throughout the week, Kelly’s communication was flawless. He provided my family with three detailed updates every single day, keeping us completely informed and at ease. He engaged in meaningful and compassionate conversations with my father, making him feel seen and heard.

- I worked hand-in-hand with an interdisciplinary team consisting of primary care physicians, RN's, certified nursing assistants, social workers, volunteers, and chaplains
- I was born on the Mainline in a family of 10 children. I knew at a young age I would help those in need. As a child I would often be found sitting quietly holding the hand of one of my 4 grandparents, listening to them and tending to their needs
- I am a listener and a storyteller in the old Irish tradition, I can have a conversation with anyone about anything and I bring out the best in those taken under my care.

I know every assisted living and memory community (Alzheimers and dementia), skilled nursing facilities, OT, PT providers, and reputable home health and hospice providers in the Greater Philadelphia area and I can make recommendations based on who I trust. There are many that I will advise to avoid based on past experiences
